Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is not only tasty but also good for health, as it is rich in polyphenols, vitamins, tocopherols and antioxidants. Thanks to its strong and fruity flavor, it is able to enhance Tuscan dishes such as “fettunta” (a slice of Tuscan bread roasted on the embers and soaked in new oil from still unripe olives). The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced from cold pressing of olives produced by Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino plants. We are talking approx. 4,000 plants, spread over 20 hectares of land at 450 meters a.s.l. Harvesting takes place exclusively in winter during October, November, December. The olives are pressed in the mill and it is a controlled cold temperature for the extraction of the Extravergin Olive Oil.
