How do I get to the farm?
To get to Fattoria Santo Stefano there are 2 possibilities:

1) From GRETI – 2 km

via di Citille then becomes via Collegalle, the farm is located after the church of Santo Stefano at number 3 of via Collegalle. 10 minutes by car and 40 by foot.
NOTE: this is the only access road for tourist busses up to 50 people and trucks or trucks with tractors.

2) From SPEDALUZZO – 3 km

after CHIOCCHIO the road climbs with curves and when you reach the top, turn left and continue straight ahead into the woods, following the road via di Collegalle to the Fattoria after 3 km. 10 minutes by car, 40 by foot.
The recommended way to get to the farm is the car as you follow a stretch of dirt road that connects the structure to the national road No. 222.

You can take Via Collegalle directly from the GRETI locality (access to the road is in front of the bus stop for Florence, in front of: Villa Calcinaia overlooking the highway).

Or you can take via Collegalle from SPEDALUZZO, shortly after passing CHIOCCHIO you follow the signs for Fattoria Santo Stefano turning left for the dirt road).

Also remember that the dirt road route from GRETI is about 1.5 km; instead from Spedaluzzo the Farm is 3 km on a dirt road.

Public Transport: SITA bus with timetables up to 8.00 pm for Greve in Chianti and Florence Santa Maria Novella: (remember that the bus stop is on the national road n ° 222 and that we do not have a shuttle service).
Tickets can be purchased at any newsstand or tobacco retailer, or directly on the bus to the driver at a higher price).

What is the difference between the villa and the apartments?
The apartments represent a perfect solution for individual families or distinct couples. For more particular needs or larger groups there is the possibility to rent the entire main villa, equipped on the first floor with 7 double bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms, while on the ground floor it has a large kitchen with fireplace and wood stove, in addition to a living room-dining room and a 100sqm lounge. Both rooms have direct access to the private garden and the above-ground swimming pool, for exclusive use. Contact us for more information, thanks.
Is it possible to go for walks?
Absolutely yes. We live in a paradise surrounded by nature, so walks and trekking in the surroundings are recommended. Contact us for more information, thanks.
Is it possible to visit Greve in Chianti?
You can visit Greve in Chianti reaching the town that is only 5 km from the farm.

When do you open the pool?
Both the swimming pools of the farm and the private pool of the Villa are filled, sanitized and opened approximately around April 25, unless adverse weather conditions.

The cost of the additional pool towels service is € 3 per piece.

They are outdoor, outdoor and unheated pools.

Do you have breakfast service included?
It is possible to have breakfast in our structure, communicating it in time. The cost of the additional breakfast service is € 10 per person per day.
Is it possible to buy products such as bread, milk, vegetables, and / or other from you?
No -> it is not possible to buy bread, fruit or anything else as we do not have a grocery store.
The nearest shops and supermarkets are the COOP of Greve in Chianti (3.5 km away), or the CARREFOUR Express in Strada in Chianti (6 km away).

At the Fattoria it is possible to taste and taste the extra-virgin olive oil and all the wines produced by the farm

It's called Farm because there are farm animals and / or stables?
No more, we have kept the ancient name of the agricultural complex, that is Fattoria Santo Stefano because until 1998 the structure had farmyard and farm animals. Currently we only have some hens for private use only. Nearby 500 meters walk from the farm you can see some animals such as goats, donkeys, geese and chickens.
