Let’s spend a day together! It’s a great way to get to know the ins and outs of our work, the beauty of our village and the ancient history of our estate. If you’d like to spend a day away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, you just have to book a trip to Fattoria Santo Stefano.

In this particular period, we remind you that we have to follow some rules to keep everybody safe, but that won’t take away from the pleasure of experiencing a day you will never forget.

How to spend a day at Fattoria Santo Stefano?

Firstly, you should dress comfortably and get ready for some long walks! You’ll spend a day in company and discover how we create our high-quality products.

We will personally walk you around the small village of Santo Stefano in Greve in Chianti, so you can discover just what is hidden in our 19 hectares of vineyards.

This is where our fine wines originate: from the Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Canaiolo grapes.

Not only will our 4000 olive trees (of the Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo variety) take your breath away, but you’ll also be able to taste the oil they give us. Depending on the period you’re with us, we’ll explain what happens in that given time (spring, summer, autumn or winter) in the olive tree groves and in the vineyards. This obviously also means learning about the definition of a DOCG product.

You’ll find that our property is surrounded by 80 hectares of wood, which keeps us cool in the summer and mild in the winter.

No visit to our farm would be complete without a tour of our wine cellars, where we still keep some of the first bottles of Chianti produced by our Bendinelli family in 1967, the year we bought the Santo Stefano estate.

And to conclude, it would be a pleasure if you stayed with us for lunch, so you can try our best wines with some of our homemade specialties!
