The main theme of the activities we offer at our farm, is always relating to the discovery and knowledge of agricultural and culinary culture that has been handed down from generation to generation, and we are always happy to give life to our guests experiences that they will remember in time..
And so, we organize real Tuscan cooking classes where you can learn to cook a real dinner typical of the Tuscan countryside, from starters, the homemade pasta with your hands, with accompanying sauces, simple and genuine, to seconds of braised or roasted in the oven or the famous Florentine pizzaiuole, to desserts, the tiramisu, the nooks, the ancient recipes of Grandma’s pie ..
In addition to the fun cooking classes, at our farm is a must to visit the old Barriccaia (cellar of barrels) of end ‘800 and place of his magic and to our Orciaia, where waits bottling our Extra Virgin Olive’ Olive.
For these curiosities offer various types of guided tours: “Wine Tour” of about one hour, with a visit to the vineyards, the wine cellars and the old cellar for aging; various outdoor spaces and panoramic views of the surrounding hillside. (Types of Wine Tours vary according to your requests for tastings and / or dinners)
We will introduce you to the history of our company that produces its wines Chianti Classico DOCG and its Extra Virgin Olive Oil since 1961.
During the tour we will be happy to explain all the processes of production of our wines, which are made entirely at our company, the harvest handpicked for sale.
This place not only impresses with its spectacular landscape and identity wild but also for perfumes, walks and direct wine and culinary experiences that will give you unforgettable memories.



And here Elena is accompanying guests for a short walk through the ancient vineyards of the farm .. she explains in a guided tour of the two cellars (new and old) introducing the methods used to produce the wines and tasting of two wines (Chianti Classico docg) as well as Vinsanto, Grappa, Extravergin Olive oil. Also included in the tasting are bruschetta with tomatoes, bread with E.V.O. oil, Tuscan ham, local products as salami and sheep cheese.

Tuscan Menù: the lesson is “hands on” and includes a whole Tuscan menu (starters, fresh eggs pasta or gnocchi, second course or side dish and dessert); after cooking you will eat what you have prepared. It is available in the morning at 10 a.m. or in the afternoon at 4 p.m. and it includes an apron, a recipe booklet and a bottle of wine (2/3 hours; minimum 2 people)

Thematic Menu: upon request; Meat, Rice, Vegetable, Pasta, Organic food, quick and healthy  food; it lasts 2  hours and you can take the food you have prepared to your apartment; minimum 4 people.

During the cooking classes the teacher will give you a historic overwiew of the dish and some tips and tricks of Tuscan cooking.

An approach to wine tasting: how to pair wine and food; minimum 2 people (2 hours).

Following the tour (30- minutes/1 hour) you can have a tasting of our wines and our extra virgin olive oil, with a small samples of various local meats and cheeses, and other samples of various bruschetta, or always on request, lunch first with hot and sweet.
