And here Elena is accompanying guests for a short walk through the ancient vineyards of the farm .. she explains in a guided tour of the two cellars (new and old) introducing the methods used to produce the wines and tasting of two wines (Chianti Classico docg) as well as Vinsanto, Grappa, Extravergin Olive oil. Also included in the tasting are bruschetta with tomatoes, bread with E.V.O. oil, Tuscan ham, local products as salami and sheep cheese.

Tuscan Menu: the lesson is “hands on” and includes a whole Tuscan menu (starters, fresh eggs pasta or gnocchi, second course or side dish and dessert); after cooking you will eat what you have prepared. It is available in the morning at 10 a.m. or in the afternoon at 4.00.pm. and includes an apron and a recipe booklet and a bottle of wine (3 hours; minimum 2 people)
Thematic Menu: upon request; Meat, Rice, Vegetable, Pasta, Organic food, quick and healthy food; it lasts 2 hours and you can take the food you have prepared to your apartment; minimum 4 people.

Following the tour company last about an hour you can have a tasting of our wines and our oil, with small samples of various local meats and cheeses, and other samples of various bruschetta, or always on request, lunch first with hot and sweet.
